OVERSEER NYA ANN WASHINGTON is a prophetic midwife and intercessor with a servant’s heart dedicated to preaching and teaching the unadulterated word of God. She is a spiritual leader, mentor, author, health & wellness coach, and entrepreneur committed to empowering men and women across the country. Overseer Washington currently resides in the state of Maryland and serves as a dedicated wife to the love of her life, Apostle Cameron Washington Sr., and mother to their two beautiful children Kaelyn Alliyah and Cameron Washington Jr.
Driven with a mission to serve the body of Christ, Overseer has been active in ministry for over 25 years. She lives a consecrated lifestyle and embodies the heart of the fivefold ministry through leadership, discipleship, and mentorship.
Overseer Washington has formerly served as co-founder and senior pastor of churches within the DMV. She currently serves as Global Leader and Founder of Power Nation Global Assembly, a prophetic-infused organization with an apostolic mandate to empower 5-fold leaders across the country, train and empower intercessors and prophets, and equip individuals with a foundation in Jesus Christ. She also serves as Campus Pastor & Events Director of Rhema Christian Center Church located in the District of Columbia, and as Elect Lady of Hope City Empowerment Church located in Philadelphia, PA.
As a marketplace minister and thought-leader, she has established Nya Washington Enterprises which comprises the following entities: A Woman with a Call Mentorship Program, the Prophetic Acceleration Intensive Program, and the Coach Nya Community, a health and wellness-focused community dedicated to empowering individuals’ spirit, soul, and body.
She is the author of “Pearls of Wisdom 30-day Devotional” and her newly released book “Resilience Defined”. Overseer Washington has also co-authored “Behind the Make Up: 7 Women, 7 Testimonies, 7 Principles ... For An Authentic Life!” (Spearheaded by Pastor Darlene Hart).
Overseer has also been humbled to travel nationally and internationally preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. She previously served as the keynote preacher for a 4-day conference and revival throughout South Indian villages, and ministered to multiple orphanages during her visit.
Often referred to as a “quiet storm” in ministry, Overseer Washington endeavors to impact the lives of individuals to fulfill their purpose in marketplace ministry and kingdom living. With a heart set toward embracing the will of God through prayer and consecration, the cry of her spirit remains, Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
